Our Timeline.
Presentation / Rendering
This phase has been completed. Our partner is Keller, Inc. To see the renderings visit this The about this project page. We also have been working with KI, Suess Electronics, Be’s Vending and a few other business organizations that are assisting us with our financials and renderings.
Fundraising & Awareness
Our second phase will consist of fundraising and building awareness of this unique concept we call the Barnyard Estates. Jump on board, we are always looking for committee members and interested partners to assist us with this community project. We are currently completing the Financials - and will soon be headed into the Capital Campaign. It’s been a long haul, but we can’t stop here.
Build The Barn
The third phase would be erecting the facility, and facilitating the businesses and organizations that will be a part of this project. In December, the financial committee will present the financials/sustainability plan to the Promote Pulaski board of directors, so that we can move onto the Campaign. We’ve pushed back the timeline to 2026, is now our estimated time frame to begin building the Barnyard Estates.
